Shipping and Returns
Here at Modern Bar Cart, our goal is to deliver your order quickly and carefully - making sure you get what you ordered and that it doesn’t break in transit. This is a tough game when dealing with fragile merchandise. Please review the following shipping and returns policies before placing your order:
Shipping - Currently, we only ship to customers in the United States. Although we someday hope to ship internationally, the complexity of customs and import laws prevent us from doing so at this time.
Timing - All orders ship within two (2) business days of receiving the order. This means that if you place your order after 5:00pm on a Friday, it may not ship until the following Tuesday. Please be mindful of this when you place your orders and select your shipping methods.
Carriers- We ship using USPS or UPS. If you ship a large order through USPS, we may automatically upgrade you to UPS free of charge to better insure large shipments in the event of breakage.
Breakage - If an item breaks in transit, please contact us and we will be happy to replace it with proof of breakage (a cell phone picture will suffice).
Satisfaction Guarantee - If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please do contact us and let us know why. We will evaluate your concerns and determine the best response, which may or may not involve a refund, product replacement, or store credit.
